JOB DETAILS
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and receive sales targets from the company to manage team to achieve the goals.
- Maintain strong relationship with clients via B2C, B2B, Agent and Partner to ensure a continuous flow of sales
- Track sales goal and results report to Project Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with marketing on leads generation and other sales support information.
- Coordinate with CRM to manage CRM System for the most efficient data management.
- Organize team and help team to maximize the close sales.
- Organize events to publicize the company’s projects and publish listing on the target website to increase the customer database as much as possible.
- Develop sales team members through motivation, counseling, solving problems, answer the concern and product knowledge education.
- Manage and nurture leads, providing product knowledge and sales consultations to potential clients.
- Conduct site tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers or investors.
- Support the Senior Project Sales Manager in preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Oversee customer documentation, contracts, and related administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle client queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project development for seamless sales processes.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Project Sales Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, listening, and writing English.
- At least 3 years experiences in related field.
- Strong usage of MS Office.
- Good personality with service mind.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
