AVP of Business Development (Pinnacle Asset Management)

Job Summary

To lead and execute strategic business development initiatives, with a focus on expanding the company’s asset portfolio, building partnerships, and identifying investment opportunities in non-performing loans (NPLs) and assets (NPAs), in order to drive sustainable growth and maintain competitiveness in the asset management industry

JOB DETAILS:

1. Identify and analyze new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring and managing non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs)
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the asset portfolio and generate company revenue
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, asset holders, and key business partners
4. Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Property Valuation, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution
5. Monitor and analyze business performance, and prepare reports and recommendations for management
6. Support investment negotiations and asset acquisition to secure favorable deals
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the asset management, NPL or financial services industry
3. Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
4. Experience dealing with banks, financial institutions or AMCs is an advantage.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits (both in Bangkok and upcountry).
6. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
