Sales & Marketing Section Manager (Domestic) (Hylife Global Food)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project team in part of market reach to penetrate to domestic market (especially M/T and C/S channel), and screening significant data & provide sufficient data to project team including, product category and product mix, sale forecast and idea pricing, including price structure, as well as supporting for project feasibility study and proposal preparation.
• Support the development of master marketing materials and presentation for domestic as well as prepare presentation for management or executive meeting for marketing part and also do the marketing communication to building the brand and corporate image such a press release, business journal or social media channel.
• Develop and support information for domestic annual sale & marketing plan to meet business target and brand strategy/direction. Identify issues & opportunities to ensure that target is met.
• Establish, negotiate, and communicate with key account customers.
• Manage sales & marketing budget in according to agreed annual target and strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality Male/Female, at least 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 year on domestic sales. Experience in Modern trade, convenient store and customer development is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration, Empathy & Influencing.
• Logical thinking, independent, ability to manage complex projects.
• Optimistic and creative, enjoy challenges.
• Obsession with brand and consumers, Sense of Aesthetics.
• Good teamwork, project management, communication and presentation skill
• Proactive, high curiosity and eager to learn and improve.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English would be advantage.
