Responsibilities
- Clearly define the requirements or details of the product. to be able to use it to support the product with the utmost benefit.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to design, implement, and execute strategic actions to enhance competitiveness and meet customer needs.
- Gather market information and generate business opportunities.
- Have a clear vision and strategy can explain to the team and guide the action exactly to the point to achieve the goals of both the team and the organization.
- Evaluate and analyze to compare interest rates, service fees, promotions. and others against competitors.
- Analyze impacts, plan, and propose policies to supervise operations in accordance with the law.
- Increase market share, generate income by recommending the company’s products according to customer needs.
- Plan and analyze strategies, marketing plans and products.
- Present and prepare projects, action plans and activities.
- Liaison Provide space to arrange marketing activities in line with products and target groups, study, find information, and analyze new marketing movements.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree
- Having a life insurance license
- Having a license as a non-life insurance broker
- Understand the processes of the organization and other agencies.

- Have strong leadership skills.
- Previous experience working in a financial institution/bank in the direct field.
- Communication, negotiation, problem solving, coordination, and creativity skills.
- Have skills in using computers and basic applications.
- Have an aptitude for problem solving.

- Have a good working attitude able to collaborate with work individuals and colleagues.
