Loan Support (Hyfirst)

Responsibilities 

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of the original credit application package received from the sales channel manager.
  • Fill in the details of credit customer records into the system.
  • Scan a batch of loan customer requests into the system according to the procedures set by the agency.
  • Review the completeness and accuracy of credit customer information on the   system against the loan application package. 
  • Fixed incorrect loan customer information with the loan application package. and keep the correction report as evidence. 
  • Submit a list of complete and accurate loan customer information through the work system to the Checker. 
  • Coordinating well with related agencies. 
  • Able to answer various questions about work accurately and clearly. 
  • Able to perform other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications 

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree. 
  • Having a life insurance license. 
  • Having a non-life insurance broker license. 
  • Understand the work process of the organization Understand the rules and relevant agencies. 
  • Know the duties and work systematically. 
  • Observant, memorizing, ready to learn new tasks and increasing expertise all the time. 

Job specific knowledge 

  • Have work experience in the credit line. 
  • Skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, coordination, creativity. 
  • Have skills in using computers and using basic applications. 
  • Have a flair for solving problems as well. 
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure. 
  • Have a good working attitude able to collaborate with work individuals and colleagues to be able to work successfully.
