JOB DETAILS
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Check the correctness of the tax invoice.
- Each month, check and submit a variety of tax reports to the Revenue Department.
- Check petty cash
- Prepare P.N.D. 3,53, 50, and 51, etc.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Prepare various tax reports.
- Enter transaction information into the accounting software.
- Record the accounting entries’ outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements.
- Assist in the monthly account closing process.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Those with 0–2 years of experience in accounting will receive special consideration.
- The candidate will have good knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
- Coordinate with revenue officers who are observant, memorised, and ready to learn new tasks to increase their expertise.
- Be able to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
- Have experience in preparing financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, etc.).
- Have the knowledge required for the job and have used accounting programmes before
- Must have a good attitude, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
