Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage and optimize our online Shopee and Lazada store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor key performance metrics and report on e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content for digital channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Able to speak, read and write English language.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth through e-commerce strategies.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
