Credit Investigation Officer (Checker-In) (Hylife IBC)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Verify the completeness of supporting documents for credit approval with accuracy.
  2. Assess the customer’s income and debt obligations to analyze their repayment capacity, including evaluating the sources of income
  3. Contact customers to verify their identity and check the accuracy of the information stated in the credit application form
  4. Analyze to identify irregularities in fraudulent customers
  5. Review various conditions after the loan has been approved by the authorized person, such as the approved loan amount, interest rate, monthly installment, etc
  6. Prepare verification reports, preliminary credit analysis and daily performance reports.
  7. Coordinate with relevant departments or companies such as the loan department or property appraisal company

 

Qualifications

  1. Hold a bachelor’s degree with knowledge or experience in credit investigation or credit analysis fields.
  2. Have a good understanding of income and expense analysis, sources of income, bank accounts, financial documents, both formal and informal liabilities.
  3. Have a good knowledge in identifying irregularities of various documents, loan products and a wide range of insurance products.
  4. Ability to communicate in English.
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and calculation software
  6. Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills and keen observation
